It’s April already and whilst the end of the tax year can be a bit of a headache, it also marks a new financial year and refreshed optimism. This issue focuses on looking forward, particularly to the Agency Workers Regulations and how Impact Recruitment Services can help you prepare for the changes. There’s also the more imminent flux of Bank Holidays that we have helped our existing clients plan for, to manage their reduced resource due to increased annual leave requests, as well as the potential back log of work that could build up after the time off. If we can help you in either of these areas then we look forward to hearing from you.
