With the last of the bank holidays behind us for a while I have started to think about the summer holidays. Primarily my own family holiday, but also approving annual leave requests in the office. I’m sure this is something that you too are experiencing in your businesses as you manage the work demands of the summer season, with an eye looking forward to the peak that ramps up for Christmas.
